1.    What is your greatest strength?

• Well, I am very time-efficient. For example, I like to finish my work ahead of time.
• I am very self-motivated and a quick learner. When they show me how to do something, I usually learn it the first time.
• I am very reliable and innovative. People can always count on me for help and I am always trying to do things in a more creative and efficient way.

2.    What is your greatest weakness?

• Well, I think saying no is my weakness. For example, when I am asked to work overtime or on my day off I always say yes, so I end up being overwhelmed.
• I used to like to work on one project to its completion before starting on another, but I've learned to work on many projects at the same time.
• When I started university, English wasn’t my strongest point, but I started taking additional English courses and I can now understand it and speak it a little better.

3.    Tell me about yourself.

• Well, I am a very dedicated student/worker. I am very collaborative too. I like to help others when I have a chance.
• I am  very reliable. I don’t have much work experience because I am still studying, but I am a quick learner.
• I am very good at problem solving and working in teams. at work I often help others with difficult situations.

8.    Who was your best boss and who was the worst?

• I've learned from each boss I've had. From the good ones, what to do, from the challenging ones - what not to do.
• Early in my career, I had a mentor who helped me a lot. I've honestly learned something from each boss I've had.
• My best boss was a manager who helped me to become more time-efficient. I've learned different things from all my bosses, so I don't think I´ve had a bad one.
• My best boss was a woman who showed me the importance of working in teams. She was a natural leader, and she wasn't  pushy. I think there aren't any bad bosses, we can learn from all our bosses.

9.    How do you evaluate success?.

• "For me, success is about doing my job well. I want to be recognized as someone who always does their best and tries their hardest to make my goals."
