A service advisor: typically works in a car dealership and is the liaison between the customer and service technicians working in the garage. They work with customers to determine problems with a vehicle and provide technicians with accurate repair descriptions.
Car dealer: is a business that sells new or used cars at the retail level, based on a dealership contract with an automaker or its sales subsidiary.
Sales department: is the direct link between a company's product or service and its customers.
Service Department: Makes sure its service technicians can diagnose and repair any issue your vehicle may have, and perform any maintenance your car, truck, van, or SUV needs.
Body Shop Department: A garage where minor or major collision repairs to the bodies of vehicles are carried out.
